MBE s.r.l., in the person of its pro tempore legal representative, based in Padulle di Sala Bolognese (Bologna),
tax code and VAT number: 03620771208, hereinafter also referred to only as “Company”, on the one hand and the buyer hereinafter also referred to only as “Salon”, on the other side
a) that the Company operates in the field of personal and body care, dealing with the marketing of
Oxy Station / Bag instruments and products necessary for the administration and execution of beauty treatments;
b) that the salon is a hairdresser, who said he was interested in purchasing Oxy tools for his business
Station / Bag of the Company.

1. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

The Company sells the following work tool (s) of the latest generation and the result of a scientific discovery at the Salone
Patent Pending nr. 102018000007261:

OXY STATION or OXY BAG

The Show can also purchase the following additional options (put a cross in the appropriate box):

2. SELLING PRICE

2.1. The sale price of the corresponding Oxy Station / Bag instrument (s) including VAT.
2.2. The unit selling price of each option, including VAT.
2.3. The total sale price (including options where chosen)
Pay the full price in a single payment at the time of signing this contract by bank transfer
bank in favor of MBE S.r.l. (IBAN: IT25S0707236740003000203453) or payment by credit card.
2.4. The price also includes the sending of the “Kit” containing the illustrative material relating to the scientific discovery of
Oxy Station / Bag tool sold.

3. FINANCING / LEASE

Instead of purchasing the Oxy Station / Bag instruments directly, the Salon can use a
financing / lease, expressing his will by ticking this solution:
The Exhibition expressly authorizes the Company to submit this contract to the finance company or to
lease with which it has an agreement, by submitting the attached application form that the Exhibition will fill out.
3.1. In case of approval of the requested financing, of the financial lease (leasing) and / or operating (rental), ad
after settlement of the sums in favor of the Company by the lending financial company, the present will be
replaced by the lease.

4. DELIVERY.

The Oxy Station / Bag instruments covered by this contract will be delivered to the Salon by the Company within 60
days from the signing of the contract. The transport will have a cost at the expense of the Exhibition equal to 180.00 euros plus VAT.

5. WARRANTY

5.1 Legal guarantee.
The Company grants to the Show a guarantee for mechanical defects of the Oxy Station / Bag instruments covered by the contract
having a duration of 12 months from the date of delivery. The guarantee will consist exclusively, at the option of
Company, in the repair or replacement, at the expense of the Company itself, of the structural and other parts
components of the Oxy Station / Bag instruments that are faulty or non-compliant due to defects of origin. The guarantee does not
extends to parts subject to normal wear, nor to damage caused by incorrect or poor maintenance, by incorrect maneuvers of the
salon staff, from damage or deterioration caused or aggravated by the failure to interrupt the use of the goods in
presence of technical problems, or sudden changes in electrical voltage or processing temperature, or from any other cause not
directly attributable to the Company. In this regard, the Company reminds the Show that the Oxy Station / Bag instruments object
of this contract require annual routine maintenance. The guarantee loses all effectiveness when on
Oxy Station / Bag instruments are installed spare parts not supplied by the Company and when changes are made without the
subject to the written consent of the Company. The guarantee is subject, under penalty of forfeiture, to the notification of the defect, communicated
in written form by the Show to the Company, within 8 days from the time the Show made its discovery, as well as
to the express request for intervention under warranty.
5.2. Long Life Guarantee.
In addition to the legal guarantee, the Company also offers the Salon an extension of the guarantee if requested by the latter
optional (including two coupons) for a further 24 months, according to the above economic conditions.
6. EXCLUSIVE COURT
The parties expressly agree that any dispute relating to this contract will be the exclusive competence of
Court of Bologna.

7. PRIVACY

Pursuant to EU Reg. No. 679/2016 (GDPR), MBE Srl – as Data Controller – informs that personal data
acquired on the basis of this contract, will be processed in compliance with the above legislation recalled.
In particular, pursuant to art. 13 EU Reg. No. 679/2016, the Data Controller informs that the personal data provided by the interested party,
will be processed with electronic and non-electronic tools, and will be processed in order to comply with the obligations
contractual obligations and fulfill the consequent legal and contractual obligations deriving from the same, as well as to guarantee the
achievement of effective operational management of these relationships. The personal data in question may also be
communicated – in order to allow the fulfillment of contractual or legal obligations – to: all persons authorized in force
of regulatory provisions; to our collaborators, employees, agents and suppliers; to factoring companies, credit recovery companies,
credit insurance; to post offices, freight forwarders and couriers; to all those natural and / or legal persons,
public and / or private that contribute to the implementation of processing activities aimed at the correct performance of the
contractual activities. For these purposes, consent is not required (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR). The conferment of
data is optional but necessary for the correct performance of contractual activities. Any refusal by the interested party
with respect to the provision of data will make it impossible to conclude the contract. Personal data processed for the purposes
up to now indicated will be kept only and exclusively for the period of performance of the activities object of
contract and in any case no later than the expiry of the appropriate terms to ensure the possible defense of a right of the Company in
seat of litigation;
The interested party can always exercise all the rights referred to in Articles 15 et seq. of EU Reg. no. 679/2016, including those of
access, rectification, portability, updating, opposition and limitation to processing as well as cancellation by writing
an email to the address mbe-srl@pec.it. In any case, it will always be possible for the interested party to lodge a complaint – with respect to the
treatment in question – before a supervisory authority (such as the Data Protection Authority)
